I am originally from China. Graduated from the University of Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) in culture, Spanish history and Spanish as a foreign language. 20 years living in Madrid, working in Spanish and Mexican companies. I know Madrid well and know how to handle administrative procedures.

- Fixed fee
- Form where the client’s needs are collected and we define the property requirements
- We preselect the properties that match the indicated needs
- We send photos and descriptions only of these properties
- To make the preselection, we speak with the owners/real estate agencies
- We organise the entire legal part of the purchase (necessary documentation from the buyer, notarial deeds, property registration and corresponding payments) and arrange all the appointments
- Possibility of conducting visits via video call
❌ NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE BUT WE ORGANISE THE PAYMENTS AND PROCESSES:
- Notary: expenses
- Property Registry: expenses and processing (done through the Notary)
- Transfer Tax: payment and processing (done through the Notary)
