In this post I\u2019ll share info about the Chamart\u00edn district that will help you get an idea of what your life would be like in this area, the type of housing you can find, its prices and the activities available by just going out on the street and walking a few minutes.<\/p>\n
Chamartin is one of the 21 districts into which the city of Madrid is divided.<\/p>\n
Chamartin is the most residential and landscaped district of the central area (within the M-30) of Madrid,<\/p>\n
There are many schools and commercial areas are concentrated in some streets while there are others with few shops and therefore more residential.<\/p>\n
The whole District is well connected by public transport.<\/p>\n
There is the “Santiago Bernab\u00e9u” football stadium where games are held with large crowds that cause traffic cuts in the surrounding streets.<\/p>\n
Chamart\u00edn, in turn, is divided into the following neighborhoods:<\/p>\n
We find more residential buildings with common areas (gardens and swimming pools) and also more villas with private green areas than in other Districts of the central almond (within the M-30) of Madrid.<\/p>\n
Currently in the district of Chamart\u00edn, there is an offer of almost 1,100 houses for rent with an average price of around 18 ? per square metre.<\/p>\n
Most of the homes on offer are flats, although there are more villas (5%) than in other central areas of Madrid. The majority (29%) are 2-bedroom properties. There are also 1-bedroom apartments (25%), 3-bedroom apartments (22%) and the area with the largest offer of flats with +4 bedrooms (22%).<\/p>\n
Of these, 38% are rented with a garage, 40% have a terrace and
\n24% of the pool.<\/p>\n
